Yes, we finally found our home & are set to close March 11th!
Last year Sage & I sat down & set many goals...
One of them was for us to be pre-approved in January before my birthday & have enough saved to begin the house hunting process. Another goal was to find a house & be moved in or in closing before Sage's birthday. Well, if all goes as planned, we will have conquered our goals & I can't say enough how proud I am of us for that.
Not to brag but Sage & I make an incredible team. This entire process has been proof of that. He's worked long hours of overtime to get us here & I've spent countless hours prepping, signing & sending all sorts of documents, offers, disclosures, scheduled our inspections, processed payments for things, searched for home warranties. In other words, a lot of "adulting" has been taking place. As silly as it sounds, at 26 years old, I feel like a real adult now lol!
No but really, I am so proud of Sage & I & how hard we've both worked to get us to this point.
March 11th can't come soon enough! We're already anticipating making amazing changes to our house to make it our home. I'm so excited!
